expanding its Call Centre operation by 100%, resulting in the need to
increase sales and customer service permanent staff by some 70 plus

  • Immediate on-site familiarisations were conducted, including meeting with Team Leaders, in order to compile candidate profiles of the skills, experience, aptitude and availability required.

  • Start date deadlines were confirmed, as the new staff were to be integrated at regular monthly intervals, 10-12 candidates at a time.
