with immediate temporary requirement for Loaders and Drivers, to cover absenteeism, internal vacancies and contract targets. No notice can be given. Temps need to be available immediately, and start work within 30 minutes of their call to Solutions.
A pool of people required, as the requirement can be anything from 10-30 per day.
The call to work comes in at 7am in the morning, our 'on-call' service takes the requirement, informs the temps, and confirms with the client.
Due to our knowledge and experience of working with this client over the last 7 years, peak periods can to some extent be identified, and a breakfast club in the branch is set up, with temps in branch at Solutions, just waiting for the call.

To comply with cleaning contract commitments, all refuse collections must be made within time scales, to comply with Health and Safety requirements. No wagons can leave the depot without a full team on board so available staff are essential in order to deliver their service.
Pro-active recruitment of staff for this contract is an on-going process. Advertising positions, screening and inducting for safe working practice is conducted on a weekly basis, resulting in quality staff, that are reliable and committed to supply the level of service necessary for this client to carry out its business. |
