We pro-actively and continually recruit a bank of staff in readiness for requirements as these are generally known with only one to two days before commencement dates.
Candidates are pre-screened, interviewed, ability tested and referenced. Those that meet the criteria set out by the client are processed onto pre-assignment inductions, which we carry out in branch, the candidates are then ready and available just awaiting start dates.
We conduct on-site check-ins at 8am every morning with inducted candidates on standby ready, waiting to go to work within an hour of the call.
