 Action Stage

GO LIVE!!!!!

The switch over is now fully complete and the workers are now on site. 

A special 'behind the scenes' team is assigned to your contract during this crucial phase to closely monitor the switch over and make sure everything is running smoothly as planned.

If any unplanned areas of improvement are identified they are actioned with immediate effect. 

 Review Stage

Now the contract is up and running and a smooth switchover has taken place, but we don't consider this 'job done'....

We now implement our continual review process that will continuously monitor every aspect of supply against all KPI's.

This is fed back into our recruitment and account management team to ensure that the highest standard of supply in always provided.

 First Contact

Once you give us your basic requirements, we will discuss the various options that may be suitable for you.

We will do all the background work to enable us to put forward multiple initial proposals and will discuss with you the pros and cons of each different solution and together we find the right one for your needs.

 Detailed Proposal Stage

We will now put together a detailed proposal with exact pricing structure and operational model for your approval.

This will cover every aspect of your contract.

Once fully agreed and approved we can start the next process.

 Planning Stage

Now we get into the real fine details of planning to run your contract.

Including areas such as

  • Account management team preparation

  • Worker recruitment plan / existing worker transfer negotiations

  • Day to day operational plan

  • Induction and Health + Safety document preparation

 Preperation Stage

With the plan fully established we now start to get everything ready for the go live date.

Making sure that we have all the required workers trained up and ready to go, any computer equipment or systems are installed on site and any staff transfers have been completed.

With everything in place, the countdown to the go live date begins.........
